Need a break

Hitting your UGW (and body) isn’t just going to magically happen this year. You are going to have to work for it. I mean REALLY work for it. Stay on track, eat clean, train mean and you will see the results you want. Hold yourself accountable for what you put into your mouth and what you do with your time. If you spend all your time online or doing other things that don’t include exercise, then don’t expect results. You get what you put in. So, for 2013, stop making excuses, stop eating shit, stop feeling sorry for yourself and go work your ass off for the body and life you have always wanted. End of story. Now go make the most of 2013!
